Whether it’s a pre- or post-game concert, a halftime performance for a theme night or special event in team history, our process is designed to deliver results. Here’s how we turn your vision into an experiential moment everyone remembers.
Step 1
Discovery & Consultation
We start with a focused conversation to understand your event goals, timeline, venue layout, and stakeholders—from operations and sponsorship to marketing and broadcast. Together, we define success metrics, assess feasibility for field access, scheduling, desired artists & genres and set a clear framework for the project.

Creative & Technical Planning
We collaborate with your team to shape the show’s creative scope, branding integration, and technical needs.
Step 3
Contracting & Production Advancing
We manage every element of the production including artist contracting, technical rider fulfillment, travel, and union/insurance coordination. Our production team advances directly with your staff & venue to ensure all details are aligned long before show day.

- Turf protection protocol guided and in partnership with grounds crew

Step 4
Show Execution
On event day, we arrive fully prepared. Our patented mobile staging, sound, and lighting systems deploy swiftly, minimizing disruption to your schedule. We work closely with team & venue staff, grounds crew, security, and game entertainment staff to deliver a smooth, on-time on-field performance.
Step 5
Post-Event Wrap & Reporting
Once the final note fades, we debrief with your team and provide a comprehensive recap. This includes field clearance updates, team, fan & sponsor feedback, and recommendations for the future. Many clients bring us back season after season, knowing we operate as a true extension of their game-day team.
