SCOTTSDALE, AZ – On Friday, June 14th, the New York Mets unveiled their 2nd Annual Summer Concert Series with Classic Rock Band, Foreigner.
Following the Mets home game against the Cubs at Citi Field, over 32,000 fans received a baseball / concert doubleheader with a live, on-field, Post-Game Concert, all for the price of their regularly priced game ticket featuring 70’s & 80’s rockers, Foreigner booked & produced by Select Artists Associates (SAA).
The Mets 2nd Annual Summer Concert Series presented by Duane Reade continues on July 19th with Rapper Nas, followed by Rock Band, O.A.R. on August 2nd, and concludes with Rock Band, Third Eye Blind on August 23rd.
This is the second season the Mets have worked with SAA as their exclusive concert production partner. SAA has twenty-four (24) MLB-related concerts booked between May – September, 2013.
